Mrs. Becker has been in educational leadership since 2012.  Prior to becoming the Superintendent in 2024, she served as the Elementary Principal for 10 years, and before that an elementary teacher for 16 years. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Minot State University, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from North Dakota State University. 

Mrs. Becker is blessed to be the mother of four children, one son and three daughters, and has been married for over 25 years. She's passionate about education and looks forward to partnering with all stakeholders to provide students with a rigorous, engaging and high-quality education. She will continue to be an example to students and teachers to never stop learning and growing, lead with positivity and purpose, promote success for students, academically and behaviorally.
