Over the past couple of weeks, Mrs. Willyard's 7th grade Social Studies class had the joy of learning to use a quill & ink to write "break-up" letters to King George in 1776. The students even used tea to dye their paper in honor of the Boston Tea party.

ESPORTS UPDATE! The regular season and tiebreaker rounds have come to end for The Triple Threat. The team saw a lot of improvement throughout the season and even repped some sponsored esports jerseys thanks to NDTel, with NDTC covering the jerseys and program costs for New Rockford-Sheyenne's players. The Triple Threat will be sending two teams to state this year: Varsity Rocket League team, which includes two NR-S students, Jacob Louters and Wyatt Dockter, and the varsity Fortnite team out of Garrison, Stephen Sogge will be joining the Fortnite team at state as a sub, which was decided by the coaches due to his impressive season. Several players were unable to be in the picture, including Jacob Louters, Wyatt Dockter, Dominick Swinland, Wyatte Dudymott, and Evan Hultgren. We appreciate all the support throughout the season and can't wait to compete again next year!
